Welcome to the first step toward enrollment in Central Berkshire preschools!

Please click the link below to fill out the form for Preschool Screening.

The purpose of this form is to obtain some preliminary information so we can schedule a preschool screening date.  

Additionally, once you have completed this form, you will be contacted by email and/or phone to arrange a date and time. We ask that you allow one to two weeks to contact you with a follow-up screening. 

Please note that all screenings will take place at Kittredge School.
